Mandatory Credentials   Every CCMS employee is responsible for maintaining current and complete credentials. We request you send a copy of any new or renewed credential to the CCMS office prior to the actual expiration of the credential.

We track all of your credentials, including all active professional licenses. If you choose not to renew a license you carry in any state, please notify us so we may verify the expiration and remove it from the database.
