Julia M Mutch RN, MSN

Ms Mutch founded CCMS in 1997. She began practicing
as an ICU Registered Nurse at Beth Israel Hospital in
Boston MA directly from college. While at BI and it's subsidiaries, she
worked as a staff nurse and a nursing administrator while obtaining her
Masters in Nursing Administration and Clinical Practice.
After leaving Boston, she
moved to Philadelphia and managed an ICU and Step Down unit at a major
teaching hospital in the city. The years of inpatient management during the
nursing shortage era provided valuable experience and perspective to today's
healthcare staffing shortages.
Her Government
Contracting career began in the early 1990s when she became the Project
Manager for a nurse staffing company. During her tenure, she directed large
scale projects such as inpatient nursing at both Naval Medical Center San
Diego and the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, MD.
In 1997, when the
government contracting environment was favorable for the formation of a
small woman-owned company, she founded CCMS with the goal of creating a
company that was customer service focused, employee friendly and dedicated
to serving the U.S. Military, their families, retirees and the federal
government.

Ms
Priadka joined CCMS in 1998, as the Administrative Assistant and Billing
Coordinator. She rapidly expanded her responsibilities to become the
Director of Operations in 2007. Her rise through the CCMS system has
afforded her the opportunity to understand the various job responsibilities
within the company and to develop a global perspective of the organization.
Ms Antonia "Toni" Pettineo, RN

Ms
Pettineo joined CCMS in 2004, as the Director of Recruitment. Prior to
joining CCMS she was a Registered Nurse in both the inpatient and outpatient
setting. Since joining the CCMS team, she has developed an expertise in
rapidly recruiting and credentialing privileged providers in compliance
with varied MTF requirements.

Ms
Thomas joined CCMS in 2002 as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department
at Madigan Army Medical Center. She was promoted to Lead Employee in 2003,
and in addition to working clinically part time, she assumed responsibility
for our other MAMC staffing projects from a customer service
and employee relations perspective. In 2005, CCMS
began providing JCAHO Continuous Readiness Services to Veterans
Administration Medical Centers on the West Coast. Ms Thomas became Director
of the QA Prep Team, and currently supervises the team and provides
personalized JCAHO Prep services to the Greater Los Angeles VA and the San
Francisco VA.
