The CPR of CSR 

Gone are the days when preparation for a Joint Commission visit started a few months before the scheduled review. Today reviews are unannounced and preparation is a daily process. 

Continuous Survey Readiness or CSR is a program unique to CCMS, designed to provide you with a current, monthly picture of your compliance with Joint Commission and facility standards.

The CCMS RN Review Team partners with our customers to develop quality assurance tools to capture data and highlight performance issues and trends. The RN Review team collects data through medical record data abstraction and on-site reviews monthly. Data is then collated, analyzed and presented to the customer along with a findings report and recommendations for change.

Our systems are customizable to meet the clients’ needs to assess and monitor on-going performance and protocol standards.  Whether your goals are to meet accreditation standards or improve clinical delivery outcomes, we foster a team approach with your facility to formulate a program based on your directives.

All  reviews include patient safety aspects, in particular,  abbreviations and authentication.  Reviews can be conducted in  real-time or post discharge  to obtain a complete picture.  HIPAA compliance is always maintained.
