The Information from the reviews is presented to the QA Committee Chairperson for dissemination to the committee. The goal is to help the facility evaluate documentation practices, but not spend valuable time collecting the raw data.

The results are presented as raw data, graphs, charts and percentages. You can organize the data in any manner you choose, sending selected results to target groups to develop corrective action plans and evaluate progress.
